Yoga and Meditation Group Retreat 12-16 June 2024, Vilanculos
We can be as resilient as the mangroves.
Join our retreat at beautiful Mangal Beach Lodge in Vilanculos where together Gerry and Sia from FabLab Maputo will be teaching about the perfection of our imperfections. We will practice with how we can learn from the mistakes and challenges we have had in our lives, rather than beating ourselves up about them – through a combination of yoga and mindful meditation practices.

Price options:
- Single MZN 49,000
- Shared (twin) MZN 42,000 per person
What’ s included:
- Full board, all meals
- Meditation and yoga sessions daily
- All rooms with ensuite bathroom and private patio
- Airport pickup if required (small extra fee)
Optional extras:
- Activities such as horse riding on the beach, snorkelling and diving, a canoe trip to Govuro wetlands
- Island trip to the Bazaruto archipel
- Spa treatments by Sia
A private minibus is available to take participants from Maputo to Vilanculos and back (cost depends on numbers taking this option).
