Monday Monthly Meditation
Get in touch if you wish to join our monthly meditation practice.
On the first Monday of every month, I invite you to sit together with me and fellow practitioners on Zoom.
I have a WhatsApp group made up of people who I have taught over the past few years. We simply turn up, discuss a particular practice theme and then sit for 25-30 minutes.
It’s not a compulsory attendance – there’s no need to turn up if you don’t feel like it. But please contact me if you want to join our little online practice community and I’ll add you to the WhatsApp group.

"Meditation: Calming the Mind"
Don’t meditate to fix yourself, to improve yourself, to redeem yourself; rather, do it as an act of love, of deep warm friendship to yourself. In this way there is no longer any need for the subtle aggression of self-improvement, for the endless guilt of not doing enough. It offers the possibility of an end to the ceaseless round of trying so hard that wraps so many people’s lives in a knot. Instead there is now meditation as an act of love. How endlessly delightful and encouraging.
