Feeling overwhelmed or just want to reconnect with yourself? This course is your invitation to see how our mind often gets in our way, causing anxiety, stress and general dissatisfaction with our lives.
Based on trusted mindfulness practices from Jon Kabat-Zinn’s MBSR and Oxford University’s Mindfulness for Life, we explore ways of changing all of the habitual reactions we have, to a more wiser and discerning way of responding.
Across eight weekly sessions (2.5 hours each), we’ll explore practices that help you notice your thoughts without getting caught up in them. You’ll learn how to respond to life with more calm and clarity.

Start with Kindness — CARE: A Course in Self-Compassion
Learning to treat yourself with compassion might be the most powerful thing you ever do — and for many of us, it’s also something we’ve never been taught.
We’re constantly busy, pushing through, and often we’re our own harshest critics.
But here’s the truth: You don’t need to be perfect.
Self-compassion is about accepting your imperfections, treating yourself with care, and turning mistakes into moments of growth.
That’s why I created the CARE course — a simple, supportive way to build everyday self-compassion into your life.
In four one-hour Zoom sessions (1:1 or small group), you’ll learn simple, practical tools to bring more compassion, care, and calm into your daily life.
No perfection needed — just a willingness to show up and try something new.
Mindfulness for Men
A space for men to slow down, tune in, and be themselves.
Let’s be honest — mindfulness and meditation can feel a bit out of reach for many men. Maybe it’s cultural. Maybe it’s the pressure to keep it all together. Or maybe it’s just hard to open up in spaces that don’t always feel like they were made for us.
I get it — because I’ve felt it too. As a man, I’ve often found it hard to talk about emotions or share what’s really going on beneath the surface. That’s exactly why I created Men Behaving Mindfully.
This isn’t about fixing yourself or getting too deep too fast.
It’s a relaxed judgment-free space space where men can explore mindfulness, manage stress and share experiences in a supportive environment.
